The service

Investor Updates ("we", "us") composes investor updates from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and hosts a private per-recipient view link for each investor you add. You ("you") pay per investor update generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate investor updates from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the figures and statements they contain and for your right to share them with the recipients you add. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated updates inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you send, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you share.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 5 credits per investor update generated and 5 credits per full regeneration, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) don't hold enough to write the update, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing, adding recipients and their view links, view tracking, and DOCX export are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Investor updates are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not verified financial statements. We do not warrant that any update is complete, current, or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing every claim and metric before you send it to any investor.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain doesn't hold enough to write the update. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from an investor update you sent.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
